Some rivers (Grand/Saugeen) have been fishing well now for awhile and others, well lets just say the coming weeks forecast of rain has been a long time coming. Even in the low water conditions one can still find swinging water and one just needs to set up accordingly. Long light leaders with smaller weighted flies work well in these conditions. Hopefully before too long we will need our sink tip wallets and those big and ugly flies. I wonder what the rest of the fall will be like, last year December brought the best fishing of the season, I guess we'll have to wait ans wee what Mother N delivers this year!
